I started concerning myself with my nutrient lifestyle when I was about 17, questioning chemicals in foods, etc.  From there I tested just about every kind of lifestyle from macro to raw, gluten-free and vegan.  The most rewarding dietary feat was a 7 day elderberry fast, left me with a feeling of being so connected.

At this point in my life  I am a survivalist.  I eat what I need to eat, but in the most consious way possible.  I give thanks for every meal and every thing in my life.

I am sensitive to many things but I believe it is important as individuals to be free to make our own decisions about what we put into our bodies.  I am not interested in someone who needs to push their ideas onto others.  I like a person who when asked about their decisions has a well thought out answer and represents themselves the right way.  It is not about what you do but about how you do it, and it is not about what you say but how you say it.

I strive to live my life by a code.  To bring peace to the world around me.  Living in harmony with the world around me, the ultimate worldly possession.

There are many layers to a person's life that can be like a book for another to read.  We are searching for those good books, those books you never want to put down and can't wait to see how they end.
