i am a philosophy professor who specializes in various areas of ethics. i spend a lot of my time writing and reading, but also love being outdoors. i care deeply about treating other animals and humans with compassion and respect. i love music, including indie/punk rock and 80's. some classic favorites are: the pixies, sonic youth, slowdive, joy division, and fugazi. other things i enjoy include hiking and camping, drawing and making other art, dancing, science fiction, riding bikes, and swimming. i'm introverted but also outspoken, friendly, down to earth, open-minded, caring, and affectionate. i don't care for materialism. i seek great friendship and love with kindred spirits, but kindred spirits have been hard for me to find.
