I've lived in Colorado for over 30 years, with a few years living in different countries in Latin America. I'm passionate about the environment and making the world a better place. I love to cross-country ski, trail run, and mountain bike, and prefer a quiet night at home watching a movie to a bar. I'm not much of a city person, much prefer the quiet rural life, but do like to visit the city occassionally for some good theater, music, or other events. I also love to garden and grow my own veggies, but unfortunately don't have the greenest thumb. The most important things in my life are my teenage son, my family, my friends, living a healthy lifestyle (both my health and the health of the planet), and dark chocolate. I'm also somewhat of a foodie and will go well out of my way for a good vegan bakery.
