Hello, I am a classical singer from Germany. Fate, in all its wisdom and unpredictable humor, has brought me to New Mexico, as I have always wanted a long, warm summer. Be careful what you wish for... It's always difficult to write about myself, as you surely know. Well, I love animals (have 3 rather substantial dogs), am a bookworm, like traveling, am interested in world history, ballroom dancing, and of course - vegetarian food from all over the world. And, I am very playful (oh, those stage people) I like being out in nature, although I would not exactly call myself an outdoors person who spends her time in tents and walks around in heavy shoes. My TV set is not connected to a network and only serves as a monitor for movies of my choice as I prefer talking, playing music, doing things with my friend/partner to endless hours of TV watching. Spiritually am strongly leaning towards Hinduism/Buddhism and other types of spritualism that does not squeeze me into a church and heap fire and brimstone onto me.

I am outgoing, friendly and enjoy doing social things when with a partner. I find when I am single I tend to stay home more, which I also enjoy very much. Movies, hiking, good conversation and being outdoors are a few things I enjoy. My property is a mini-sanctuary for several species of birds. Plus I share my home with cats and care for a dog that I found (he needs a home). Spending my time outside with these interesting creatures is fantastic. Plus it is so beautiful here and the weather is great. My serious side involves animal rescue work and maintaining my health. Trying to live gently and be environmentally considerate has led me to a vegan lifestyle. I earn my living as a pharmacist, but I am actually more of an anti-pharmacist! Prevention and acquiring good habits are the keys to a vital and long life. I work in a hospital and know that western medicine plays an important role as well. Recently I installed a PV system to my home. So sad that solar panels are not on every business and government building in the southwest, with the abundant sunshine.
