I believe in a yogic philosophy of Ahimsa- non-judgement or non-violence. I've felt judged, critiqued and condemned a lot, by others because of my choice of diet and active initiative in preserving my wealth of health. I'm fairly easy going, yet far from a push-over and actively engage speaking my truth, when confronted with judgement, delusion, pretense and prejudice. I like hiking, mt. biking, swimming, etc. I'm also an inventor, engineer, designer type with several invention designs ion the works.
