It'a great to find this site because It can be difficult to find like-minded people. I have always been health conscious but didn't become a vegan until I met someone who practiced Chinese medicine. He taught me lifestyle is key to whether you will be healthy or plagued with disease. It has helped me understand spiritual things better too and a better respect for all life. I was born into the self care natural healing movement. I devoted my life to bringing lymphology out of obscurity long ago and when my father; who founded the International Academy of Lymphology passed away back in 2004 I became even more involved with teaching the science.
