I chose to be Whole Food, Plant Based for health reasons and will never go back to the standard American diet again. I started my journey due to disabilities from being in military service. I am currently retired, but very active. Horses are my passion. I ride and hope to get back to showing. I am also a firearm instructor and compete when I have the time (but I won't hunt or fish). I am an avid reader (split between fiction and non-fiction), love photography, art, airplanes, hiking/camping, travel, cooking, learning, and helping people. I'm independent, even, and laid back. I don't tolerate drama, rudeness, or controlling behavior. If you don't agree, discuss it like adults and work it out. I don't care for typical sports. I like movies, but I haven't turned the TV on in months. It would be nice to have an equal partner who shares some of my passions and maybe introduces me to some of theirs. I am a work in progress.
