Snoqualmie, washington vegetarians, vegans and raw foodist events and singles dating

First off, I LOVE that this site exists! It makes me so happy to see so many vegans and similar minded folks out there. I live in a small town at the base of the beautiful Cascade mountains, which I love, but there is minimal diversity out here in the sticks which can make it difficult to meet the type of people I desire to.

I have a deep compassion for every living thing and being on this earth; it wouldn't be unusual to find me wrangling worms off the street and bringing them to safety.

I think of myself as a realist. I question everything. I know the sad truths about our government; the sick ways they make money off of diseases, stupidity and suffering... and SO much more. If you know something I don't, I'd love to learn more. I have good common sense, I'm honest, open minded, giving, committed, responsible and not afraid to admit my wrongs. I dream of a better world and I do my best to make that possible from the daily decisions I make to being positive. I have fun plans for my life and would like to share it with someone who wants to be part of them too.

I am extremely active and looking for someone who loves the outdoors and working out as much as I do.  Lately I've been spending a lot of time in the gym-- I'm completely addicted to TRX!!!  Outdoors, I especially love hiking, biking, running, spending time with my dogs, camping, rock climbing, bird watching (love, love, LOVE birds), gardening, and doing home improvements around my house.  Bonus points if you are handy and are looking for someone to enjoy the pleasure's of sharing a homestead. 

I like being spontaneous and enjoy that in others as well.  It's not unusual for me to book a random flight out of state just to see a band I've seen a million times, visit an old friend or just because I want to see a beautiful part of the world I've never been to. 

Laughing is my medicine.  I've got a pretty sarcastic sense of humor and have no problem laughing at myself :)  If you can make me laugh, you're in ;)

I am health conscience but not a diet prude; as long as you're vegan, with some general care and concern for your health, well being, and how it affects the earth and others, I'm good with that.  With that, I'm not opposed to indulging here and there... I often get the Portland bug and spend a weekend cramming anything vegan down my gullet.. haha.  It's true. 

I love music.  I like a huge range of music but oddly, my two main staples are old school punk and some old hillbilly americana style country. It would be nice to find someone with a similar taste in music.
