Almost veg diet.
Random observations: Fortunatly still healthy & fairly fit. No debt or dependents - 'cept a geezerly ol cat now. Enjoy the usual NW outdoor stuff... hiking, biking, kayaking, camping etc, and winter XC/BC skiing or snowshoeing to get outside. Grade schooled catholic by those nuns, now mountains or a remote beach is my idea of church. Foreign touring is rewarding & addicting. Seems I'm more politically/environmentally involved than most of my friends. I'm always building/fixing something. Aspiring to be more vegetarian, but cooking is a sideline interest (not eating!)
