I strive to surround myself around positive, upbeat people..and choose not to sweat the small stuff!  I am KIND beyond belief and strive to be the best person I can be.

I've been a single Mom for the past 20+ years...two kids now grown...truly ready to get there and meet new people.  I am a vegan most of the time....love being social

so, can easily, bend on things (but never meat -- haven't eaten meat in 40 years!)  I would love to meet a strong man who has cultivated a strong reverence for his

health...is physically active, emotionally available and positive...with a slight spiritual side (meaning...The Golden Rule...being kind...forgiving others) --

I have my share of invitations...but have not yet met the man I choose to hang with!  I love golf, knitting, films (could goto the movies every single day!) -- books,

the arts,museums, fine-dining...entertaining (I'm both a giver and a nurturer)...racewalking...dogs!  -- LIfe is good....I am so grateful for everything that I have

and what I have accomplished.  Integrity, of course, and honesty mean so much to me.  I have a private practice helping others eat healthier and detox their bodies

of enviromental chemicals.  LOVE what I do....LOVE being of service!
