It'a great to find this site because It can be difficult to find like-minded people. I have always been health conscious but didn't become a vegan until I met someone who practiced Chinese medicine. He taught me lifestyle is key to whether you will be healthy or plagued with disease. It has helped me understand spiritual things better too and a better respect for all life. I'm no longer biased about religion but encourage more of a unity consciousness. I think we put too many labels on things and think it's the truth. I often forget to water my lawn but don't really care that much anyway. I do make sure however to water my strawberry patch though! Yum! Next year is going to be even better!
