Reading, PA (home, pennsylvania vegetarians, vegans and raw foodist events and singles dating

I love animals and that led me to become vegetarian at the age of nine. At nineteen, the hypocrisy that continued to exist, based on my reasoning for being vegetarian but my continued consumption of animal bi-products, hit home; I have been vegan since then. I have considered myself an artist, who's primary medium has been photography (I know, in wet-lab form, this is not vegan, which is very hard for me to get over, but they no longer make gelatin-free films, and I cannot seem to get 'on board' with the mechanized digital option - I crave the hands-on element of creation). My end goal was always (since my senior year at Penn State) to become a photography instructor at the collegiate/university level, to which end I pursued my masters degree. Now, I have the degree (along with the debt it incurred), but the field has gone so single-mindedly into digital, that I am searching for a new career path. Currently, I create the graphics used to manufacture medical procedure kits...so, there is a camera involved, and it is hands-on work, so I don't hate going to work every day.....but, I still yearn for that university environment!
