I am sweet and kind, crazy yet  intellectual and I love kids, and animals. I'm a giver yet I'd like to be on receiving every once in awhile.  I was a raw vegan over the summer while working with a local author.  I found I loved it.  I then just recently did a Vegan pledge through Peace Advocacy Network, and let's just say the rest was history.  I love friends and family, I enjoy a good hike.  I am one who watches the birds, and cares for the strays.  I am outspoken for those that cannot speak for themselves.  I like to share, I am a born giver.  I am currently in school following my dreams.  I work full time, and I am also a mom.  Which in itself is more of a life acheivement rather than an occupation, and yet it skills me so.  I am just me, and I like me just fine. 

 I'm an absolute animal lover and an avid rescuer! I work as a veterinary technician and have 13 cats, 2 dogs, birds, fish,2 pot bellied pigs, and occasionally others, I rescue animals so the numbers change continuously. I have a Sienfeldesque sense of humor, and I play D&D religiously. I don't have children and don't want children, so the best match for me would be someone like-minded. I generally have a mainstream lifestyle. I just started to go camping(alone..well with doggies:)). I look forward to meeting someone to share my life with. I hope someday to have a rescue farm so i can save all types of animals.

I am a 39 year old vegan who has finally found a career path that I am passionate about, that being anything to do with clean energy development.   I am currently working as a geothermal installer. Although I am no longer a strict practitioner I still practice mantra meditation on a daily basis and continue to read books associated with eastern spirituality.

I try to be spiritually centered and I spend a good amount of time advocating for various causes that I am passionate about such as factory farming, gay marriage, clean energy and the military industrial complex.  I am very liberal/progressive.  My favorite media program I would have to say that is in tune with my positions is "The Thom Hartmann Show". 

If I could identify myself with a political party I would say I am pro Bernie Sanders and  Elizabeth Warren, pro green party, although I did vote for President Obama. 

I am very athletic but with my age I am trying to adjust to a regimen that is less stressful on my body so biking is my main workout. I also enjoy camping, hiking, natural meditation and golf.
