So since this is a veggie dating I guess I need to put my eating life first. I do my best to stay way from anything I know to be carcinogenic. I like to when possible eat mostly veg. that are organic and local with no gmo's. Meat I eat sparingly and grass fed. or free range. I look for bpa free in the plastics I use to store food or drink.
