OK, I confess – I’m going to engage in a little ‘bait-and-switch’ here. Not that I’m not sexy, but, honestly, that’s hardly the first adjective that comes to mind when describing myself. Yes, I think sex is good. And good sex is even better. And better sex … well, you get the idea. But “sexiness” is in the eye of the beholder, and I believe it’s best to behold someone in 3-D before passing judgment on the matter.

If I had to describe myself, physically, I’d say I’m a petite powerhouse with long, windblown brown hair and animated brown eyes. Throw in: Quick to smile and quip; slender; has her own style, prefers to blush rather than use rouge; comes equipped with small hands, small feet, big heart.

Behind the brown eyes is a mind inclined towards the intellectual. In my leisure time, I enjoy studying Chinese; writing historical fiction; listening to NPR (newscasts, “Wait! Wait! Don’t Tell Me!” and “This American Life”); reading “The Economist” and “The New Yorker.”

But I also like to get out and about: snorkeling; exploring botanical gardens; hitting hole-in-the-wall restaurants; browsing used bookstores.

I’m passionate about East Asian languages and cultures – so, Chinese art exhibits, Japanese tea tastings and the like are sure winners with me.

And dogs! Dogs, dogs, dogs! I’m crazy about dogs. I go out of my way to play with any and every dog within a three-block radius.
