Abolitionist, anti-speciesist, vegan for over 20 years (life being my eventual goal). Raw foodie for around 6 solid years, dabbler for several preceding the "final transition". Vegan for ethical reasons, raw/local/wildcrafter for environmental, health & amazing vitality.

Classically trained, standards obsessed modern vocalist. Semi-retired print/art/event model performer & media presenter. Educator, writer & promoter of conscious living. Active for Earthlings, founding director, educator & acting ambassador for community outreach/education project. Interfaith minister & self-healer, presently working toward PhD in theology (as well as certifications in both nutrition & culinary arts). Avid homesteader, mindful epicurean & culinary alchemist.

I'm somewhat conservative, but also a free spirit. Anomalous. 

I'm an exceptionally active person & have always found it difficult to sit still or be "pinned down" for any lengthy period of time. Preferred methods of transportation include walking, cycling, trains & buses (not necessarily in that order). Caveat: due to my penchant for cycling, I recently found myself on a mission of self-healing after having been involved in a hit & run accident whilst out running errands on a bicycle during what was meant to be a relatively brief stay in Los Angeles. That having been said, my life has completely changed over the past few months, and physical activity level somewhat limited. I've have been utilising my newly found "downtime" as constructively as possible, mainly working on course-related studies, animal welfare issues, kitchen experimentation, writing, and also putting a great deal of time and energy into my mission/life's work. I am now in the position of having to re-learn simple things such as walking, cycling, dancing, etc., so I will likely NOT be up for any mad biking adventures or lengthy foot journeys for at least a short while...
