I keep myself in shape by regular physical activity, 4-5 times a week at cross fit. More recently I have been drawn towards a vegan diet, particularly raw vegan.
I love to try new things. Having new experiences is very important to keep the mind young and healthy. There are not many things I wouldn't try once and give it 100% while doing so.
