I am a spiritual, easy going 56 year old woman who loves animals and respects nature. I firmly believe in being compassionate to and helping others, being self aware and grounded, and living a life filled with love and humor. I have recently retired and am busier now than I ever was! I love being outdoors and like to kayak, bicycle on rail trails, beach it, play softball, work out, ski, and dance. My favorite types of music are oldies and rhythm and blues, especially swing. I have been working hard on spiritual and emotional health and believe in alternative health solutions such as reiki healing and acupuncture. I recently switched to a vegan diet from a lacto/ovo vegetarian diet. I like to cook and am learning to cook vegan (not easy but worth it). I am an avid reader and love movies. My biggest vice is watching crime shows and the SyFy channel on TV. I love college and NFL football and the Yankees. I also watch UConn Women's basketball. Would love to connect with fellow vegans.
