Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to view my profile.  I am presently residing in the South West Rockies and have my home up for sale and moving to Ozarks in AR.  I  am looking forward in pursuing  a dream and purchasing a cabin with acreage on a lake to enjoy all that living in the Ozarks can offer to embrace the peacefulness and serenity.  Being on the water is mediative for me a perfect medium for writing.  The tranquilly of water, the sounds and sites of the abundant wild-life will inspire me to write my children's books...

About me, I am an avid, organic gardener, landscaper, wild-bird rehabilitator, master naturalist, conservationist and health-care professional. I am a very fit and active person who appreciates nature and support wildlife causes.  A lady at all times, intelligent and inquisitive. I have an adventurous spirit and love to surround myself with the outdoors and the ordinary miracles. I enjoying hiking, camping as well as walking through state and national parks and forests. Have ventured through the rain-forest's of Central America on horseback. Enjoy water sports also kayaking & canoeing. My activities range from bookstores, museums, art galleries and antique shops.

I am currently writing a children's book. Sometimes I wish I was a bird soaring in the air above the mountains, rivers and oceans. I love birds the photo of me with the goose is my pet gander. He was a rescue when he was a gosling from the Colorado River. The children's book is based on my gander. I will be author of the book in collaboration who is the editor my best girlfriend who is an accomplished writer and author.  I was inspired by Emily Dickinson, 1924 poem "Hope is the Thing With Feathers."  Two orphaned children who befriend a gosling who lost his family in the Colorado River...  The book is scheduled to be out in 2015.  A new goose has crossed into my life and it was a miracle she is alive today, it is an amazing story, how a very young goose not even a year old suffered such trauma from being in a terrible accident is now thriving in my care.  The next book will be a magical story that children will be captivated to read and love.

I also enjoy having that special Saturday evening at home with a home cooked meal prepared from the garden with music and or candles. When there is a chill in the air, stoking a cozy fire is ideal. Taking a nice walk in the evening and star gazing, looking at the milky way & making a wish. If this has sparked your attention I would like to exchange a dialogue with you. Come fly with me!
